Cancelation Policy

Walks and Wags with Morgan, referred to hereafter as 'WWM', understand that services may sometimes need to be canceled due to circumstances beyond a client's control. We have created a cancelation fee schedule in accordance with the type of service booked and the notice of cancellation. While the cancelation fees listed below apply to each client, WWM reserves the right to waive or adjust cancelation fees if the Pet Sitter, in his/her sole discretion, deems appropriate.

Daily Dog Walks:

There is no fee for the cancelation of Daily Dog Walks. If a client cancels 3 or more walks 24 hours or less before the scheduled walk in a 4-week period, WWM reserves the right to adjust the previously agreed upon Dog Walk schedule and/or suspend future Dog Walks.

Dog Park Dates:

There is a 25% fee if a Dog Park Date is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Field Trips:

There is a 25% fee if a Field Trip is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Drop-In Visits:

There is a 25% fee if a Drop-In Visit is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Almost Overnights:

There is a 50% fee if an Almost Overnight is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Overnight Stays:

There is a 50% fee if an Overnight Stay is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Live-In Care:

There is a 50% fee if a Live-In Care booking is canceled within one week of the scheduled service OR a 100% fee is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Pet Chauffeur:

There is no fee for the cancelation of Pet Chauffeur services.

Should any dates of service need to be canceled by WWM due to emergency, a full refund for the specific dates canceled will be issued within 5 business days, in the event payment has already been received by WWM. If WWM has not yet issued an invoice for services (in the event of recurring services), the specific dates canceled will not be included on the invoice.
