Walks & Wags requires a Meet & Greet for all new clients prior to their first service. We also schedule Meet & Greets if you are not yet looking to book a service but are hoping to find a reliable pet sitter or dog walker to turn to when the time comes. Dog Walking Services

Daily Dog Walking

30 minute walk customized to fit your dog's needs! Leashed walk in the area around your home (no car transport included). We always check the temperature of pavement before walks. Price includes 2 dogs; each additional is +$5. Walks are available from 7am to 9pm, 365 days a year! Longer walks are available upon request. Length of walks will be determined by the weather and your dog's health.

1 hour trip to the local dog park for off-leash exercise and socialization. Includes pick-up and drop-off. Dogs are required to be fully vaccinated as well as spayed/neutered. We encourage pawsitive, healthy behavior at all times.

2 hours of exercise (and socialization if you'd like). Although Walks & Wags can make suggestions, you choose where we go! Includes pick-up and drop-off. The mountain trails and back roads of Western North Carolina provide a very stimulating atmosphere to keep your dog's mind busy and their body active. Price is for 1 dog; each additional is +$20. More time may be allotted for an additional fee.

Pet Sitting Care

Drop In Visits

Drop In Visits are usually conducted once daily, but we can complete up to 3 Drop Ins per day. Drop In Visits are generally ideal for clients who have fenced-in yards for dogs or who have cats or other lower maintenance pets. Price is per each Drop In visit. Price includes up to 2 pets; each additional dog is +$10 and each additional cat is +$8.

This service is great for pets who need some extra time and extra love! Two hours in the evening and one hour the following morning. Evening arrival times range between 7pm-9pm and arrival times the following morning range between 7am-9am, but specific arrival and departure times will be determined with each client. Price is for 2 pets; additional $5 if more than two.

Pet sitter will be in your home from evening (6pm earliest arrival time) until breakfast the next morning (12pm latest departure time). Extra time may be booked by adding Drop In Visits or by booking the Live-In Care option. Price includes 2 pets; additional $5 if more than two. This service provides continuity of your pet's routines while you are away & is great for dogs who need potty breaks in the middle of the night. Exact arrival & departure times are determined with each client.

Live-In Care

This service has the pet sitter live at your home as if it is their own and guarantees your pet(s) will never be alone more than 4 hours at a time. Booked as 24-hour periods. Price includes up to 2 pets; additional $10 if more than two. Price may be subject to discounts depending on length of stay. First day arrival and last day departure times are determined with each client. Limited availability. Requires two week notice at a minimum.

Pet Chauffeur & Concierge

$20 one-way within Sylva NC city limits; $30 round trip

Use this service when you are unable to complete errands pertaining to your pet(s). Walks & Wags can bring your pet to their grooming or vet appointments or to their daycare. We are also available to pick up and deliver your pet's prescription from their veterinarian (provided the vet is located within Sylva limits). We safely and responsibly secure all pets in seatbelt restraints.
