Walks & Wags with Morgan Cancellation Policy
Walks & Wags with Morgan, referred to hereafter as 'WWM', understands that services may, at times, need to be cancelled due to circumstances out of a client's control. We have created a cancellation fee schedule in accordance with the type of service booked and notice given of cancellation. While the cancallation fees listed below apply to each client, WWM reserves the right to waive or adjust cancellation fees if the Pet Sitter, in his/her sole discretion, deems appropriate.
Daily Dog Walks - No fee for cancellation. If a client cancels 3 or more walks 24 hours or less before the scheduled walk in a 4-week period, WWM reserves the right to adjust the previously agreed upon Dog Walk schedule and/or suspend future Dog Walks.
Dog Park Dates - 25% fee if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
Field Trips - 25% fee if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
Drop-In Visits - 25% fee is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
Almost Overnights - 50% fee if cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled service.
Overnight Stays - 50% fee if cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled service.
Overnight Stays Plus+ - 50% fee if cancelled within 1 week of scheduled service OR 100% fee if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
Live-In Care - 50% fee if cancelled within 1 week of scheduled service OR 100% fee if cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled service.
Pet Chauffeur - No fee for cancellation.
Should any dates of service need to be cancelled by WWM due to an emergency, a full refund for the specific dates cancelled will be issued within 10 business days, in the event payment has already been received by WWM. If WWM has not yet issued an invoice for services (in the event of recurring services), the specific dates cancelled will not be included on the invoice.
